We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer - Mechanical to join our Integrated Engineering Services team, located in Adelaide.

As a Senior Engineer - Mechanical, your role will involve supporting the design and production of critical components, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • General mechanical engineering design and drafting to aid research and development activities
  • Managing / coordinating component fabrication and approval
  • Maintaining engineering management tools
  • Undertaking various mechanical engineering support tasks as needed

To excel in the position of Senior Engineer - Mechanical, you should possess:

  • Degree qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple CAD software packages, particularly Solid Edge
  • Experience in creating detailed design drawings for component manufacturing
  • Background in propulsion systems modeling
  • Capability to conduct finite element analysis (FEA)
  • Proficiency with structural analysis tools and software, specifically ANSYS

Applicants MUST have a Baseline Australian Government Security Clearance, upgradable to an NV1.
