The Role: We are in search of a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to become part of our team. Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the Sales & Marketing department, develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue, and enhance business performance across all market segments to meet budget expectations. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, proactive, and strategic, taking ownership of this role and making a significant impact.

Venue: This property is diverse, offering a range of facilities from accommodation, gym, cafes, and dining outlets to exclusive upmarket spaces, including gym, pool, and spacious event areas. Moreover, with sister properties nearby, each day brings new challenges, ensuring a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the hotel.
  • Analyze market metrics to drive performance and competitiveness.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows representing the venue.
  • Establish strong relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on corporate and business groups.
  • Assist in creating budgets and revenue strategies.
  • Follow up on significant sales leads and maintain an efficient trace system.
  • Inspire and lead the team to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
  • Implement effective pricing, space management, and conversion strategies.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Previous sales and marketing experience within the hospitality sector.
  • Sound knowledge of revenue management principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and online reputation management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen interest in industry trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
