Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join their Enterprise Portfolio Management Office.   • Lead the delivery of key projects within the Optimisation and Innovation Portfolio of Work - Road to Digitisation, Customer Service Operations and Workforce Planning
  • Establish meaningful working relationships with a range of stakeholders

What you'll do:

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering transformative projects that align with our client's Strategy. You will be responsible for organising, directing, controlling, and coordinating business/strategic or ICT projects within the portfolio. Your role will involve developing and managing schedules, project boards, risks, benefits, scope, resources, and finances of various projects. You will also be tasked with coordinating and leading resources assigned to these projects while establishing meaningful relationships with a range of stakeholders. Your ability to monitor project outcomes to ensure they continue to meet strategic actions will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your commitment to providing timely and accurate reporting into project governance will be highly valued.

  • Organise, direct, control, and coordinate business/strategic and/or ICT projects as assigned within the Portfolio.
  • Develop and manage the schedule, risks, benefits, scope, resources and finances of the project/s.
  • Coordinate and lead resources assigned to the projects, including facilitating working groups, project boards and governance forums.
  • Monitor project outcomes and ensure project objectives continue to meet strategic actions.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and updates into the project governance and the EPMO.
  • Maintain project documentation and quality assurance across project deliverables.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Project Manager position brings a wealth of experience in similar roles such as Project Manager or Delivery Lead. You have proven experience in delivering both business/strategic and IT projects and programs of work, ideally within workforce planning, CRM, and digitisation road-maps. Your advanced proficiency in using MS Project, MS Visio, Office 365, MS Excel, and PowerPoint will be essential in this role. Your strong written and oral communication skills, coupled with your ability to manage relationships and stakeholders effectively, will set you apart.

  • Minimum five (5) years in similar role (eg Project Manager; Delivery Manager/Lead).
  • Experience in the delivery of both business / strategic and IT projects and programs of work.
  • Advanced experience using MS Project, MS Visio, Office 365, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, relationship / stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • High quality reporting and presentation material development.
  • Experience working across Digitisation Road-maps, CRM Systems and Workforce Planning is highly desirable.
