Description

As a Delivery Manager at our company, you will join an innovative cross-functional team that's part of a strategic initiative for the transformation and migration of our application portfolio. You'll work strategically with both R&D and IT stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in developing and implementing solutions for the client's cloud environment.

This role requires successful management and delivery of complex programs, projects, or multiple workstreams from beginning to end. Your accountability extends to delivering the project in line with the overall strategy, time frame, and budget while managing client expectations and ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering a work culture of continuous improvement.

What Youll Do

Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale and highly complex cloud-based projects Drive the strategic initiative to transform and migrate the client's R&D and IT department applications into the cloud Oversee the development and execution of project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, key milestones, and timelines Facilitate communication and collaboration between key stakeholders, including R&D and IT teams, to ensure alignment and successful delivery Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed Apply project management best practices to keep the project on track and ensure all relevant documentation is maintained Develop and implement project status reports, presenting these to senior leadership as required Work collaboratively with team members to innovate and optimize the cloud environment

What You Have

8+ years of experience in IT and 3+ years in delivery management Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex system delivery projects, specifically within cloud environments Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle methodologies Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated proactive approach in problem-solving and decision-making Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
