A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage Multiple skilled and experienced Delivery Managers to lead the Data and/or Analytics business units and deliver change programs to achieve identified business objectives and benefits. The successful Delivery Managers will be offered a 12 month contract with extensions and lucrative daily rates

The successful Delivery Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Lead a team to deliver project outcomes to a high quality, managing risks and issues along the way
  • Manage a project schedule to ensure continued alignment between the delivery team and impacted internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and manage dependencies between the responsible delivery objectives and other project or business areas
  • Input to the design and implementation of solutions that deliver to the business and technical requirements and meet the expected business and technical outcomes.

The successful Delivery Managers will have experience in the following:

  • Previous expertise leading and managing Data and/or Analytics business, units ensuring a high level of quality in the team's output and delivery of change programs to achieve identified business objectives and benefits
  • Solid expertise leading delivery outcomes as part of a large-scale transformation program using industry best practice delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMBOK)
  • Prior experience implementing Data Lake and/or Data Warehouse and/or Analytics applications and accompanying data architecture (e.g. Data Models, ETL, data governance, security).
  • Ability managing and maintaining a project schedule to ensure dependencies with other delivery teams are identified and managed to prevent risks
  • Working with and positively influencing internal and external stakeholders to autonomously identify, and overcome, delivery risks and issues
