Roles and Qualifications:

Your duties:

  • Coordinate and manage the rental fleet, handle invoicing, credits, supplier invoices, and fleet transportation
  • Support state-based coordinators, Sales Team, Senior Finance & Administration Manager for WA & SA, and branch management team on various matters
  • Work with the Accounting department to create new accounts, process payments, and address invoice concerns
  • Take charge of truck stock listing, resource allocation, demonstration fleet management, sales loans, and movements
  • Supervise local truck transportation for short-term rentals and other necessary movements

Qualifications for success:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with diverse personalities and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word
  • Experience with Baseplan system or Salesforce is a big plus
