This role is perfect for lawyers with outstanding commercial acumen and previous in-house experience, with several years' PAE. While a background in mining services or mining is advantageous, it is not mandatory. As the General Counsel, you will have a critical role in the business, offering guidance to stakeholders throughout the company and delivering timely, practical, and business-oriented legal solutions. You will take a hands-on approach, actively involving yourself in operational matters to propel initiatives across the organization, working closely with senior management to address the company's legal requirements while aligning with its business objectives.
