About the Project
The Devonport East Berth E3 Redevelopment is a thrilling new major construction endeavor in Tasmania. This project's goal is to make room for two new vessels from Finland, which will replace the well-known red and white ships, Spirit of Tasmania I&II. TT Line, a Tasmanian state-owned entity, has chosen BMD Constructions as the Principal Contractor to supervise and carry out civil, marine, and building tasks. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our dynamic project team in Devonport. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing efficient and independent administrative assistance to the team, ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in building positive relationships at all levels. Key responsibilities include:
- Detailed preparation and documentation of internal and external correspondence
- Establishing and managing comprehensive contract filing systems
- Timely handling of procurement and commercial documents
- Implementing and upholding administration standards and best practices throughout the project
You may also possess additional desirable skills such as experience in the civil construction industry, financial performance analysis, familiarity with software applications like SharePoint and JobPac, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
