Our Client is seeking a Merchandise/ Buying Assistant to support the Category Managers at an Administration level.

Great opportunity for someone that loves data entry, analyses and being a support to the greater team. You would be joining a dynamic business well known across Australia. Being able to build relationships with suppliers is key. It will be an exciting challenge being exposed to a number of categories and supporting the Category Manager. Intermediate Excel skills required and a love of administrational tasks. This role is five days a week office based, offering on-site parking and fabulous discounts for team. You will have:

  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Can work within a team
  • Intermediate /Advanced Excel and Word literacy
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced everchanging environment with ease.
  • Strong decision making skills and accurate
  • Selfdisciplined enough to work in a relatively relaxed culture, autonomously while being held accountable

Key Areas:

  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed timely and accurately
  • Ensuring all internal and external partners are communicated with accurately and timely
  • Customer Focus
  • Web Maintenance


If you have had a similar role or worked in a administrative support role previously this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic business with development opportunities.

This role is office based five days Monday - Friday. FULL AUSTRALIAN WORK RIGHTS APPLICABLE TO THIS ROLE.
