Agile Care is a registered NDIS Provider supporting disabled participants with daily living care services of various physical and intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to provide the highest quality level of care tailored to each individual participant enabling them to lead a more fulfilling life. Your Role is to provide assistance to participants in all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care and meaningful engagement within home and community engagement. It is expected the role is to proactively engage the participants to discover opportunities and build their abilities that will empower them to take control of the life they choose.

You are an enthusiastic and compassionate individual with the heart to understand and empathise with participants to achieve their goals and lead a more fulfilling life whilst constantly strive for excellence in the services you deliver. You are fully aware and committed to your profession at the highest level of integrity and derive great satisfaction on the positive impact you generate.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Clear and effective communications skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
  • Selfmotivated and taking leadership
  • Positive and empathetic outlook to your profession and life
  • Must have a working mobile phone with access to internet data
  • Must have a drivers licence and reliable car and comprehensive car insurance
  • Relevant Qualifications and/or experience in similar role are highly desirable but will consider those with experience in the community service, age care or youth work sectors.

Requirements:

  • Cover Letter & Resume
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Desirable)
  • Current Certificate for First Aid (HLTAID003)
  • A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer)
  • A current Australian driver's licence and car
  • National Criminal Record Check no more than 3 months old
  • Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia (Australian Passport/Australian Birth Certificate/ Australian Citizenship Certificate or International Passport & Visa)
  • Professional References minimum of 3
