Description
As the Change Consultant, you will deliver the change strategy and provide change management advice across the organisation.


Reporting to the Communications & Change Lead, you will be responsible for conducting change analysis and assessments for projects to inform change management plans and communications.


You will:

  • Communicate and drive change approach through the effective management of the change strategy.
  • Provide change management support in coordinating activities, including communications, for key programs, including transition, for both the client and internal business.
  • Maintain stakeholder engagement to ensure input on change plans and a collaborative approach to implementing change.
  • Work with Communications Officer to ensure communication strategy and approach continuously aligns to change management strategy.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to identify expected and potential points of resistance to change and develop approaches to reduce resistance and address concerns and uncertainty.
  • Foster a positive acceptance of change across the organization.
  • Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness to ensure appropriate preparation for successful change outcomes, aligning each change initiative with an owner.
  • Ensure change plans are documented, understood, prepared for and actioned.
  • Support the Communications and Change Lead with a range of change documentations and artefacts, as required, including roadshow timings, communications, SharePoint sites, transition hub and modernisation hub.

Profile


To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years of previous change management experience and a bachelors' degree in Communication, Business or any related field.


Your background will demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of and experience in successfully implementing organisational change management strategies and tools using industry best practice methodologies.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, negotiate with key stakeholders and engage and influence others.
  • Welldeveloped analytical and conceptual abilities with the ability to provide solutions to change problems.
  • Welldeveloped planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
