Your Role:
As the Assistant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of Taphouse Sydney

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the General Manager in overseeing daytoday operations.
  • Delivering topnotch customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
  • Managing staff shifts and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Contributing to event planning and promotions to keep the energy buzzing.
  • Handling inventory, orders, and maintaining a wellstocked bar.
  • Upholding health and safety standards to provide a safe experience for all.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with leadership skills a plus.
  • Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of beverages, including beers, wines, and spirits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, energetic setting.
