About the role

We are looking for someone who is takes initiative to learn, has good communication skills, good moral values, and is efficient.

We are looking for someone to start the role as soon as possible.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assistance with the daytoday management of the business
  • Assistance with administration/ organisation of events and projects
  • Attending calls and answering the queries of the clients
  • Management of staff diaries and stock updates
  • Client relationship management
  • Office presentation
  • Selling consumables/equipment
  • And other Ad Hoc duties
About You

  • Will love being part of a team dedicated to run the day to day business operations
  • 12yrs minimum previous administration working experience preferred remuneration package based on experience and skills.
  • New graduates, students also encouraged to apply
  • Enjoy the prospect of learning every day, problemsolving and challenge of "the deep end"
  • Excellent in communication and be able to communicate in a professional friendly manner with the clients
  • Takes pride in attention to detail, being proactive and organised.
  • Selfmotivated, efficient and achieves satisfaction from seeing a smoothrunning profitable business
  • Experience with office management software and Microsoft Office and experience with CRM is highly regarded
  • Social media knowledge is essential
  • Multilingual skills are good ad on
  • Must have work rights in Australia
  • Sales experience would be preferred
