An opportunity for a Design Lead to have a real impact within one of Australia's most reputable B2B SaaS scale-ups.


Off the back of a huge launch last year, this company's goal for the next 12-24 months is to tie all of the pieces together across their new platform.

The training product within this platform is one of the most critical.

Getting this product right as a stand-alone entity allowed them to penetrate a higher percentage of employees within the organisations they work with, doubling their core product conversion and activation rates.

They now need to replicate this success now it's integrated, and hiring a Design Lead within this part of the platform is one of the most important pieces of this puzzle.


You'll be reporting to a fantastic Product Leader, and although he comes from a design background, he's taken his team of three direct reports as far as he can.

It'll be down to you to manage the team, whilst still being on "the tools," defining the key problems, and identifying the growth opportunities across the product.


You, yourself and why?

  • At least 5 years experience across UX / UI Design, with around 2 years management experience.
  • B2B SaaS product design experience is absolutely essential.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, being able to jump quickly between different priorities
