You'll be responsible for
  • Support the Senior Manager in the development and execution of strategies and reporting which deliver sustainable customer - centric outcomes.
  • Support the development of segment - targeted customer value propositions, ensuring adherence to product and pricing governance frameworks.
  • Monitor portfolio performance across agreed quantitative and qualitative metrics and communicate actionable insights and trends.
  • Support proposition innovation as well as regular market analysis.
  • Conduct regular analysis of the designated portfolio, including the identification of results drivers, variation from target and the preparation of communications to convey findings.
  • Support adherence to product and pricing governance frameworks.

About you

  • Experience in a product or portfolio analytics role acquired in a complex matrixed general insurance organisation.
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen by using insights related to the market, opportunities, risks and competitors within the insurance industry as well as the dynamic levers that influence these factors.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
