We are now looking for an Administration Officer to join the team in Sydney CBD, NSW.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include;
- Providing first class support for PeopleSense clients and customers
- Be the first point of contact for clients at reception
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Private client Invoicing
- Control of petty cash and purchasing of office perishables
- Answer and respond to a high volume of telephone calls
- Book appointments for clients and psychologists
- Actioning referrals from insurers and general practitioners
- General administration as required
About You
- Empathy and respect for others
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Capable of working with technological systems
- Ability to work under pressure and highly resilient is essential
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- A high level of attention to detail and initiative
- Background in psychology is highly preferred but not essential (students are welcome to apply, however this is a permanent position)
