An exciting opportunity awaits an Office Coordinator to join a prominent family-owned pastoral and livestock business Based in Darlinghurst, this role blends office coordination, reception, and personal assistant duties, offering a stimulating challenge that promises job satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact, handling incoming calls
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Assist MD/Owner with email preparation and event coordination
  • Collaborate with CFO/Company Secretary on various tasks
  • Support Family office team with administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in office coordination or similar roles
  • Proactive, independent, and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of initiative, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Background in Agriculture or investment is advantageous, but not essential
