Position: Multi-Site Practice Manager
Location: Noosaville & Noosa Junction
Employment Type: Full-time, with no late nights or weekends
Team: 10 dedicated members across both locations
Software Experience: While experience with Oasis/D4W software is preferred, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued above all.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and positivity
  • Champion the smooth operation of both practices, ensuring seamless patient experiences
  • Embrace the role of mentor and guide, empowering our team to reach new heights
  • Implement and refine operational strategies, driving efficiency and success
  • Utilize Oasis software to streamline practice management processes

Requirements:

  • Though previous experience as a Practice Manager is preferred, if you are fueled by a passion for excellence with experience in Nursing, Medical, Hospitals, Aged Care, Veterinary or other hand on medical areas please do apply
  • While familiarity with Oasis software is advantageous, a willingness to embrace new technologies is equally valued
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for inspiring those around you
  • A track record of achieving results through collaboration and innovation
