We are looking for an experienced ICT recruiter who is looking to step up into a Team Lead role and help coordinate our team of recruiters whilst working a busy ICT desk within our large high-volume accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Assign roles outside of your vertical to other recruiters
  • Review and approve placements before they are entered into client portals
  • Review ads before they are posted
  • Assist with onboarding compliance and documentation
  • Contractor offboarding
  • Review resumes of other recruiters if required
  • Other contract administration
  • Keep our CRM up to date (JobAdder)
  • Report activity statistics on a weekly basis accurately and on time
  • Regularly speak with clients with the purpose of picking up new roles within Accounts and maintaining relationships

Requirements:
  • A strong and stable ICT recruitment agency background
  • Fieldglass and Beeline experience
  • Experience working with high volume clients
  • High Ethics and strong values
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to work at an accurate but fast pace
  • Exceptional communication and people skills
  • A selfstarter with cando attitude enthusiastic and MOTIVATED
