Your Role:

There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;

  • Deliver and manage a cuttingedge leadership development framework and value add learning programs and activities to drive high performing teams (coaching, job shadowing etc).
  • Ensure learning programs and activities are delivered within budget, on time and with consideration to return on investment (ROI) and measuring effectiveness of program and delivery
  • Utilise your experience in contemporary learning and development to coach and support the business with their learning and development requirements
  • In collaboration with People Experience understand organisational development needs and implement learning strategies and programs to support these.
  • Engage and source third party providers as required
  • Coordination and expert facilitation of learning workshops, including new starter induction.
  • Experience in program management and budgeting is essential.
  • Partner with People Solutions and required stakeholders to design elearning courses, career plans, workshops and more to support the learning and development requirements of Flybuys.
  • Foster collaboration and agility to ensure we support the learning needs of Flybuys

Your Experience:

  • Experience in program management of learning development initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of building learning design solutions and an understanding of Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong skills in designing and delivering, contemporary learning and leadership solutions using multiple approaches linked to the business strategy.
  • Experience in delivering learning workshops that cater to all learning styles.
  • Development of communications and instructional information for required audiences and experience in designing and delivering learning and development solutions using multiple approaches
  • Passion for learning and development and you get a kick out of watching people flourish.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management are essential
  • Ability to build strong relationships and showcase exceptional communications skills with a range of different stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain the learning tools and external relationships with learning providers of support associations
  • A positive, enthusiastic and engaging approach with the willingness to be hands on and passionate about helping people learn and grow
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with high attention to detail
  • Take a proactive approach to assessing individuals and learning and development needs.
