  • We are looking for a Lift Service Supervisor to be based in Perth, Western Australia.
  • About you
  • You are responsible for specialized Field Based Supervision, management and coaching of a Service Field team responsible for the Service, Maintenance, and Repair of equipment in the Otis portfolio within a geographical area.


 Your key responsibilities
  • Manage and direct all service (and Repair where relevant) Field employees within their team, ensuring appropriate performance and behavior, including timekeeping, ensuring that Otis's uniform and PPE are at companyrequired standards, and addressing performance and behavior concerns where relevant.
  • Responsible for onboarding in the field (such as managing the sixmonth line of sight and apprentice placements)
  • Driving team and individual KPIs as set by the business Identification and delivery of coaching and training as relevant to individual employees and team to ensure achievement/exceeding of KPIs and business objectives Identification and delivery of Safety and Field related coaching and training as relevant to individual employees and team
  • Partner with relevant Sales Team employees to meet and exceed customer expectations, including cost estimates and support to improve customer relationships and retain/recover/win business
  • Responsible for complying with company and legislative Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures, including reporting any conditions that may impact the environment, employee or customer
  • Maintain and work in accordance with the relevant Quality System. Identify process improvement opportunities and help facilitate continuous improvement to satisfy the customers of your processes.
  • Ensures that Company Vehicles, Tools, Equipment and materials are correctly maintained
  • What you will need to be successful
  • Have min 5 years' experience supervising and managing teams in a construction/service/trades environment and 5 years as a Trades person in the Lift Industry (desirable)
  • Supervisory certificate such as Front Line Leadership, Electrical Licence (desirable) and appropriate Trade Certificates are desirable)
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Enjoys communicating with various levels of stakeholders and working closely with others in the field.
  • Solutionsoriented, independent, and wellorganized.
  • Has the ability to perform knowledge transfer on information and skills through training.
  • Able to plan and prioritize tasks and meet timelines.
  • Have good presentation abilities using PowerPoint, video, and in a classroom.
  • Highly organized, structured, and able to deal with multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and resultsdriven (solution based).
  • Works well in a team and is forwardthinking.
