HR Partners is representing a Global Automotives company for an exciting opportunity; a recruitment coordinator to join a market strong multinational brand in Western Sydney.

Joining a high performing and collaborative team and reporting to the Recruitment and Talent Manager you will be responsible for providing 180 recruitment and administrative support.

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will but not limited to:

  • Manage and coordinate all administration duties to support a team of Talent Acquisition specialists
  • Assist with developing talent pools, screening, scheduling interviews, liaising with TA team and hiring managers
  • Stakeholder relations management
  • Conducting compliance and background checks i.e., VEVO checks, Fit 2 Work, etc
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
  • Adhoc projects in collaboration with TA and HR team
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • This diverse role will offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and for potential internal opportunities
  • You are agile, tech savvy and will have prior experience using job posting platforms and linkedin
  • Prior experience TA/recruitment in a similar role is preferred
