About the Role:

An exciting position is now open for a Customer Development Manager - Repco Automotive for the Upper Hunter region.

Reporting to your Channel Manager and collaborating with local Repco Store Managers, you will establish strong and productive relationships with our target customers by leveraging our recently implemented CRM Platform and top-notch promotional activities.

By nurturing these relationships, you will address customer needs proactively, solve their issues, and identify opportunities to increase their engagement with Repco. You will be accountable for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory, consisting of approximately 150 Customers.

Your Profile:

To excel in this role, you should have a keen interest in the automotive sector, coupled with experience in sales and/or customer management (preferably in the automotive industry). You should be motivated by achieving KPIs and targets and enjoy operating in a dynamic setting within a high-performance sales team that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, you should:

  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions.
  • Meet sales targets through a proactive and innovative approach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
  • Have proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Possess a valid Australian driver's license
  • Have a strong passion for the automotive field
