Our client is a unique group of companies, operating as one, specialising in transforming ideas into innovative and immersive brand experiences. Located in Marrickville, Sydney, they are looking for an experienced Event Manager to start asap, where you will be working on an Australia event, you will be based in Sydney, working hybrid, with some interstate travel as required.

You will be at the intermediate to senior level, and be highly executional focused, and must have an understanding of production requirements & organising of these requirements.

The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organising & executing multiple event stands for 3 events across Australia, ensuring all aspects are seamlessly integrated and executed. This role requires strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple events simultaneously and deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and client objectives
  • Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and meeting fiscal targets
  • Coordinate logistics including venue, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements
  • Collaborate with internal production teams
  • Supervise events and scheduling
  • Oversee event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to determine successes and areas for improvement
  • Fly to event sites to coordinate works with installation team
