Adrad Holdings Limited (AHL) is an Australian-based business specialising in the design and manufacture of innovative heat transfer solutions for industrial applications and the importation, and distribution of automotive parts for the aftermarket segment. AHL has facilities across Australia, New Zealand and Thailand, several of which include warehousing, manufacturing, and service facilities capable of responding to urgent customer needs. About You

As our Group ICT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising our IT network infrastructure, aligning it with our strategic business objectives and ensuring seamless integration across company-wide initiatives. In addition to being actively involved in the delivery aspect of this role you will manage the IT department with a view to prioritising scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, while championing best practices in network operations, data security, compliance, and vendor management to maximise overall network performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the CFO, develop and implement the ICT strategy and roadmap for AHL.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, management and support to the IT team, including the effective delegation of tasks, recruitment, monitoring delivery against objectives, quality standards, personal development, coaching and performance appraisal.
  • Lead Groupwide ICT projects and resources ensuring that project and change management principles are applied and all projects are delivered on time.
  • Identify and address IT security risks for the organisation, ensuring the effective implementation of controls to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and systems is maintained.
  • Design, Implement and enforce IT policies, systems, and procedures to safeguard the organisations information assets. Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard our data and protect against cyber threats.
  • Develop and maintain IT vendor relationship which includes the negotiation of contracts and third-party service agreements to ensure they meet the organisations needs.
  • In collaboration with the CFO, develop the IT budget, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment of resources and technological investments to AHLs strategic objectives.
  • Implementation of robust security frameworks including antivirus protection, and crisis/disaster recovery strategies and the ACSC Essential 8.
  • Management of the SD-WAN network and Corporate Systems like Pronto, MO365, Cloud infrastructure - Azure, and DR systems.
  • Prepares monthly reports for the Board, the Audit and Risk Committee, the CEO and CFO.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience leading IT/Network teams.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, IPSec VPN, NAT, firewalls, port forwarding and network security.
  • Ability to align network strategy with business goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
  • Proven track record of strategic IT/Network Management and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
