ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in product or brand management
  • Develop and plan optimal product improvement
    strategies that consider competing brands/products and the preferences and needs of current and potential consumers.
  • Interaction and relationship development with OEM's
  • Monitoring and evaluating marketing activities and initiatives undertaken in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Organising product launches and promotional events with our internal marketing team
  • Developing and managing Brand Budgets and Brand P&Ls
  • Research and analyse market trends and consumer insights to recommend, develop and lead New Product Development
  • Effective project management, keeping within timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Engage with the Sales, Service, and Parts team on the brand's product range
  • Manage and report on brand performance
