The purpose of the OD Business Partner role
To innovate, be experimental, and be commercially focussed. To activate change in service of human flourishing and business outcomes. To support our teams to accelerate change as fast, and wide as possible.

How the role will contribute to the teams success
This is a 4-month Contract opportunity, over this period you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting and leading the growth and development of the capability areas in each business unit
  • Developing integrated change plans with business outcomes
  • Designing and monitoring interventions & activations at a system level
  • Being a coach and advisor and developing business relationships directly
  • Collaborating with other People and Culture capabilities like EX, Comms, Workplace Relations & WHS to integrate the work
  • Analysing team & culture effectiveness/capability gaps and making recommendations
  • Improving the organisational system of work and experimenting with approaches along with redesigning workshops
  • Learning externally of Medibank and creating connection to broader eco system of change/innovation
