About the role

In this exciting role, the Marketing Assistant will work in developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices that supports the delivery of the business Vision and outcomes.

Your role will be diverse and will involve you collaborating with the sales and property teams whilst managing multiple project marketing timelines and execution.

  • Market plans and key initiatives including:
  • Major campaigns
  • Execution of Land Release activity and rolling programs
  • Management and monitoring of Home and Land Finder
  • Execution of Display Village and Project Events
  • Support new project launches
  • Database communication
  • Working with builder partners to develop Home and Land Packages
  • Execute consistently by adopting agreed frameworks and practices and ensuring within scope, budget and timeframe.
  • Adopt national standards to maintain a consistent approach to the marketing of residential communities across the country including approaches to launch of new communities, sales and information centres, display villages, project collateral, PR strategies, signage strategies and community engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing expenditure and reforecasting in line with agreed Annual Budgets to minimize overspend impacts.
  • Participate in the development of broader marketing, sales and customer experience initiatives including defining strategies for key touch points.
  • Provide support to Community Marketing Manager's for project budget management by raising purchase orders, accounts payable and receivable.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance a relevant customer experience in Sales Environment and other critical parts of the customer journey.
  • Build strong working relationships with key agency partners and suppliers including creative, media, PR, digital, event and production.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal marketing teams, business unit leaders, project teams and other stakeholders to ensure a supported and integrated approach to all marketing activities.
  • Maintain and grow Levande's profile in the local communities in which we operate.

About You

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience
  • Marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to production of marketing materials preferably within the real estate/property industry
  • Experience with managing marketing agencies and suppliers
  • Project management expertise
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
