Assistant Store Manager- Chadstone, VIC (PT)Our Assistant Store Managers deliver on our mission to create inspiration to nurture cooking at home through genuine knowledgeable customer service and an incredible retail experience for every customer.

They support the Store Manager in maintaining quality standards across all aspects of store operation including stock management, visual merchandising, store presentation, daily admin tasks and achieving their weekly store budgets.

They maintain our positive workplace culture through proactive leadership, engagement and effective organisation of their team.
They have skill in driving standards, delivering feedback, and motivating their team to hit their targets.
This is a part-time position, working a set weekly roster each week.
