Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Professional at YourTown

As a valued member of the team, you will enjoy:

  • 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday schedule

In this role, based in Logan and Brisbane Metro areas, you will engage in various projects such as garden maintenance, mowing, mulching, weeding, and landscaping tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing a variety of grounds and garden maintenance activities
  • Mentoring and training young trainees
  • Ensuring contract compliance and maintaining equipment
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture and ensuring safety

Key Qualifications:

  • Passion for mentoring young individuals
  • Industry/trade qualification (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in grounds maintenance
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current white card and first aid certification
