About The Role We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to take on a Team Lead community role in Eastern Melbourne.

In a collaborative team environment, use your expertise to deliver Speech Therapy services to individuals at home and within the community.

Enjoy a diverse caseload with the opportunity to work across the lifespan, with both NDIS and private clients.
Where you treat clients will be based on their needs, and will include their homes, schools and day centres.
You will have the opportunity to tailor the caseload to suit your clinical interests and expertise.
Manage your own caseload to suit your lifestyle, with options for flexible hours and weekend working.
Complete notes and telehealth reviews from home, or head into the office in East Melbourne.
This is a leadership role which will involve supervision of junior staff and development of the Speech Pathology service.
This role is open to experienced Speech Pathologists looking to take on their first leadership role.
You will be supported by a highly experienced management team and a substantial professional development allowance.
