We're looking for a Clinical Services Manager to join our Camberwell Team. You'll be part of a diverse, engaging and collaborative culture that is guided by our values of respect, responsibility, community and spirit.

A typical day will have you:

Providing excellent, person-centred resident care in relation to each individual's needs, including undertaking resident and family consultation in regards to all clinical careSupporting the Residential Manager with the general management of the facility and step up and relieve the Residential Manager in their absenceResponsible for up to date and accurate ACFI documentation to achieve desired organisational targetsOverseeing quality management required to comply with the Aged Care Accreditation StandardsAssisting in the development, implementation and evaluation of the facility's strategic business plan and annual budgetLeading and developing a diverse team of staff in order to provide the highest quality of service and care to our residentsStriving towards successful outcomes all clinical, quality, ACFI and business outcomes and KPIs

We're looking for someone with:

Division 1 (RN) Nursing Registration with AHPRAUnderstanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administrationUnderstanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)Ability to lead, mentor and support clinical staff effectivelyDemonstrated strength in continuous improvement and quality systemsCritical thinking skills with excellent time management and attention to detailPostgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, advanced nursing or related discipline are highly desirable
