About the Opportunity
This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead waste and resource recovery operations within our Environment and Sustainability department. Responsibilities include overseeing operations of waste and resource recovery facilities, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring alignment with the area's population expansion.
This full-time permanent position offers a competitive remuneration package starting at $121K (Band 7), inclusive of superannuation and the choice of a private vehicle.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational management and leadership in a diverse organizational setting. Strategic thinking, experience in regulatory compliance, and a focus on delivering Council objectives and Waste and Resource Recovery Strategy are essential.
