The ideal candidate will have retail experience, responsible for end-to-end operations. With a comprehensive induction program and continuous professional development for success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster team collaboration to drive sales and meet goals, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Create meaningful conversations with customers to understand their preferences, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Utilise your style expertise to enhance customers' confidence and comfort, ensuring they look and feel fabulous.
  • Organise tailored events to boost brand awareness and sales, nurturing community engagement.
  • Mentor and motivate the team to enhance sales skills and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage inventory and visual merchandising to reflect the unique tastes of clientele.
  • Maintain balanced monthly rosters, prioritising team well-being while meeting budgeted hours.

About You:

  • Bring extensive retail management experience, demonstrating natural leadership and support for the team.
  • Radiate warmth and approachability in leadership, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
  • Possess genuine customer service attitude, coupled with enthusiasm and initiative, to cater to unique customer needs.
  • Showcase strong organisational and problem-solving skills, vital for seamless retail operations.
  • Utilise experience with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and EFTPOS facilities to efficiently manage store operations.
  • Embrace flexibility to work across key store trading hours, accommodating diverse customer preferences.
