The Position

We are searching for a Senior Design Engineer who will be responsible for:

  • Manage and lead (at a technical capacity) the design task on day-to-day basis.
  • Allocate parts of the design to the design engineer and CAD technician.
  • Checking of design engineer's calculations and drawings.
  • Ensure codes and standards and company procedures are followed.
  • Ensure deadlines are set are met.
  • Identify applicable innovation for the project;
  • Develop day to day innovation with experts;
  • Measure innovation impacts: Environmental, Human, Business...
  • Collect information from users and communicate them to the design team
Requirements
  • Master Degree: Science and sustainability science
  • The candidate shall have 7 years of experience, preferably on similar Innovation Projects.
  • Experience in contractor side
  • Experience in Innovation management
  • Authority and imagination, meticulous, reliable and creative
  • Technical knowledge
  • Good sense of organisation and good capacity for summarizing
