Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative problem-solver who can think outside the box, taking charge of key decisions throughout the product lifecycle while considering the impact on the environment and community. If you have a passion for innovating existing product development strategies, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that products align with the company's mission and values
  • Designing electromechanical assemblies using diverse materials and knowledge of production and finishing techniques, as well as thermal management
  • Rapid prototyping of design concepts through in-house and outsourced production
  • Collaborating with overseas manufacturers on component and assembly development and ensuring product quality
  • Maintaining technical documentation and providing updates to stakeholders
  • Conducting performance tests to meet regulatory standards and brand expectations
  • Contributing to the strategic product roadmap development and execution

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or manufacturing engineering with electromechanical design and manufacturing experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience
  • Experience in consumer product development within the food or beverage industry is advantageous
  • Comprehensive product development expertise
  • Desirable experience in motor-driven product development
  • Proficiency in fabrication techniques, materials, manufacturing processes, and rapid prototyping
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and internationally, including managing relationships with global manufacturing partners
  • Familiarity with regional and international safety standards
  • Proficiency in CAD modeling (Solidworks) with knowledge of mechanical and thermal analysis
