We have an exciting opening for a Senior Digitisation Specialist to join the APA Networks team in various locations such as Adelaide, Eagle Farm, Kidman Park, and Thomastown, on a Permanent Full-time basis.

Reporting to the Digitisation Lead, you will focus on spotting digitalization and automation chances within the Networks business to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage 'low code' Power Apps and SmartIQ electronic forms for the Networks business while maintaining digital process automation using UiPath and Power Automate
  • Cooperate with Business and IT resources as a citizen developer to ensure effective delivery and support for the Networks business
  • Offer technical guidance and design; create detailed technical solution documentation aligned with client business and tech objectives
  • Lead solution implementation and change management; provide training and support to stakeholders for proper solution usage
  • Identify opportunities and build business cases for digitization and automation across the Networks business

Your background

  • Qualifications in IT, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in crafting solutions in Microsoft 365 tools like SharePoint, PowerApps & PowerAutomate
  • Significant experience in designing digital forms and workflows using web development and other automation tools such as SmartIQ and Uipath
  • Ability to assess processes and propose digital automation design solutions
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management
