A fast-growing construction company is on the hunt for a motivated and competent Office Assistant to support our busy office.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and stay long-term with us.

Your role will be varied and will include the following:

  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person.
  • Someone who can adapt to dealing with a pressured environment and multitasking duties.
  • Take incoming calls and make calls.
  • Problem solving skills and great attitude which also has a 'can do' approach to work on their duties.
  • Data entry.
  • Assisting accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support to operations manager.
  • Electronic and manual filing.
  • Manage inventory.


This role demands meticulous organization, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide regular task updates to the supervisor.

While prior experience in construction is advantageous, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are paramount.

This position is office-based, casual/part time from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.
