Job Description:

About the role
As a Professional Support Assistant, you will work closely with and support a team of Allied Health professionals this is a full-time role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing outgoing mail for the team scanning, copying, posting etc.
  • Assisting with data entry and producing data reports
  • Assisting with invoicing processes
  • Assisting with reception duties when required
  • Providing all administration support to the team as required

Qualifications:

What you'll bring to the role
You will be an experienced Administrator who is a team player, along with;

  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of urgency and efficiency
