This global and world leading property agency operates out of 70 countries, providing industry-leading services across property management, facilities, project management, leasing and more.

They are now looking for a Property Assistant to join their team in one of their shopping centres.

You will be responsible for handling stakeholder enquiries and play a key role in the financial performance of the shopping centre by actively assisting in the collection, reporting and management of payments and accounts.


This is a great opportunity for an experienced Admin, EA or Team Assistant to carve a career within Retail Real Estate.


$75,000 package + 5% Bonus

Location:
North and West of Melbourne

Reporting directly to the Retail Manager, your typical day include but not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain required documentation, reports and databases within set timeframes.
  • Cash flow and arrears management.
  • Relationship management develop and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors and other key stakeholders.
  • Produce excellent customer service to deliver the best outcomes.
  • Complete compliance requirements within set timeframes and demonstrate safe practices and standards set by the business.

To be considered for the role you should ideally meet the following criteria:

  • At least 1 year of administration or debt collection experience, preferably in the retail property or operations industry.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
