How will I help?
At Westpac, we want to help all our customers with their banking needs.

It's important to us that our customers make the most out of their money, and as Personal Banker, you play an essential part in achieving this.


  • Your key responsibilities include: _
  • Building amazing relationships with customers to understand their current and future needs
  • Taking full ownership of customer requests and proactively following up on agreed actions
  • Keeping up to date with new banking products and services, their features, benefits and how these can best be offered to existing and potential customers
  • Educating customers on new technologies and tools that will enhance their banking experience
  • Complying with established bank and external policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality of bank and client assets and information
