What You'll Do:


As a
Customer Communication Centre Specialist, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for ensuring that every interaction with our customers is memorable for all the right reasons.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Resolving Issues: Addressing customer concerns and finding creative solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Building Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.

Documenting Interactions: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve our service.

Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with our sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You're a master at conveying information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Full WA
    Drivers Licence.

Sales or Call Centre experience is
highly regarded.
