DH Holistic Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team to deliver a full range of HR Services to DH Holistic Care Office employees and clients.


Your key duties:

  • Prepares and manages rosters, ensure consistent assigning of staff to client's home/respite homes that supports client's wellbeing.
  • Staff roster reflect staff availability and are within the allocated and approved hours/budget.
  • Roster are done in advance and notified staff prior to the commencement date.
  • Ensure vacant shifts are filled.
  • Inform staff of any changes in their roster and updated roster daily to reflect shift.
  • Monitors vacant shifts to ensure recruitment is undertaken in a timely manner. This includes assisting with the recruitment of new staff.
  • Manages leave effectively to maintain appropriate levels of staff cover.
  • Creates and maintains employee files.
  • Assists staff as first point of contact for pay enquiries and liaises with Payroll.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
  • Prepare and issue new employee documents ensuring they are fully executed.
  • Data entry using HRIS, maintain and update employee information.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Ad hoc HR functions as required.
  • Create and maintain letter, policy, procedure templates.
  • Provide completed employee paperwork to corporate office.
  • Respond to employee queries and answer basic policy and procedure questions.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must have 13 years of experience in Rostering/ HR
  • HR Degree qualification or similar.
  • Experience with HR systems such as HR3 or similar
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 36
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Solid data entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information a must.
