The Role


This role is responsible for leading the design, delivery and execution of IFM's global Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategy, managing a globally coordinated program of activity to further support our cultural evolution of inclusion and diversity and the wellbeing of IFM employees.


The incumbent will provide thought leadership in respect of I&D practices and proactively contribute to the development and delivery of high impact people and cultural initiatives.


This position requires leadership, problem solving, creativity, lateral thinking and influencing skills, as well as a deep technical expertise in I&D.

Your Background and ExperienceStrong HR and/or I&D background with minimum 10 years' broad experience.
Deep experience and knowledge in Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing.

Expert in building relationships at all levels of the business and being seen as a credible "trusted advisor".Expert in leading the design, development and implementation of Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing strategies and initiatives.

Has the courage to challenge leaders in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
Significant experience in translating external and internal trends into innovative practices.
Degree qualified in Human Resources or relevant business discipline.
Well-developed facilitation and presentation skills (written and verbal)
