We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specialized in Pathology and Radiology for a government project based in Darwin. This role requires local Northern Territory familiarity as it is an onsite opportunity.

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven extensive background as a Business Analyst, involving gathering and documenting business requirements, as well as analyzing processes within large-scale pathology and radiology integration initiatives.
  • Understanding of Orders and Results within pathology/laboratory and radiology contexts, including message integration with electronic health records.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Business Analyst across all project stages, with proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in a complex environment with various stakeholders, showcasing strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in various IT architecture areas and tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Background in enterprise healthcare systems like InterSystems, TrakCare, and HealthShare solutions
  • Familiarity with clinical terminology, data, and systems in the Health industry, or a professional background in Laboratory or Radiology Science
  • Experience in testing, documentation, and system implementation
  • Prior exposure to Government projects is advantageous
