Join the team at the Multicultural Village based in Warrawong, providing care and support for older people from culturally and linguistically (CALD) diverse backgrounds.


Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, our Warrawong Multicultural Village hosts both residential care beds and independent living units, a mixture of modern indoor and outdoor (garden-facing) rooms with beautiful garden views, residents can feel safe and supported, connected to their friends and family while being taken care of in a friendly environment.

Part time and Full time positions are available.

To be successful you will need:

  • A Certificate III Aged Care/Individual support (or similar)
  • An empathy and commitment to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs
  • Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
  • Ability to speak a second language
  • Macedonian, Croatian, Italian or similar (highly desirable but not essential)
