There has not been a more exciting time to join a team where you can grow and innovate. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Territory Manager to join our VIC Orthopaedic sales team.

You'll work closely with the broader team to ensure the growth and ongoing success of the business by developing procedural and clinical product knowledge to support, advise and train medical and nursing team members with the aim to achieve optimal outcome for their patients and aggressively drive revenue.


We're looking for someone who;

  • Has clinical experience with complex arthroplasty, including hip & knee revision and has significant trauma experience
  • Has strong sales experience, with a proven track record selling into hospital theatres
  • Is motivated, a selfstarter and an extremely professional individual
  • Has a cando attitude and can work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Possesses excellent communication skills

You'll be responsible for:

  • Achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing surgeons
  • Providing in theatre support to Orthopaedic surgeons for relevant procedures
  • Building relationships with our key surgeons and their nursing staff by way of training, education and clinical case support
  • Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants and user guide as per each customers' requirements

And to be successful we think you'll need:

  • Experience in complex arthroplasty & hip & knee reconstruction
  • Strong relationship skills and hungry to hunt for the business and close the sale
  • At least 5 years' sales experience medical device industry and in a clinical environment
  • A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy), nursing, Bachelor of Science or similar
