Do you have a modern approach to cooking and flair for menu planning and design? We are seeking a creative and career focused Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team.

This role would be suitable for a strong Sous Chef who is ready to take their next career step into the role of Executive Chef

As our next Executive Chef, you will:

Have a confident and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation Deliver consistent, high quality food whilst maintaining food costs Possess a strong understanding of rostering and costings Have a flexible approach in adapting to guest requests Lead and develop a motivated cohesive brigade Maintain strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure Be diligent and adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements & will have an understanding of HACCP management

What we are looking for:

You will have previous experience in high volume catering for Conferences & Events Have excellent verbal communication The possession of a Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) Essential A commitment to deliver on and exceed customer expectations
