Opportunity to work with the ACT State Government client Contract to end of financial year, with the possibility of extension Candidates with full work rights are encouraged to apply DFP Recruitment is currently seeking an SAP Success Factors Learning Management System Administrator to join one of our state government clients located in Canberra.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proficiency in working with SAP Success Factors, particularly in the talent management learning module.

Reporting to the Director of Learning and Culture, you will play a key role in assisting with the rebuild/configuration of our learning management system within the SAP Success Factors talent management learning module.

Key Responsibilities:
LMS Administration, configuration and reporting capability Provide SME input to the draft Project Plan Assist with mapping of the future state of the LMSAssist the team in a data cleansing exercise Create and assign the core and mandatory curricular Create mapped learning curricula against identified roles Support with the development of SOPS and LMS training videos Develop a system reporting framework in order for Business Units to run reports Support in amending email templates to be user/manager friendly Support the use of Directorate branding to be utilised throughout the system

Key Skills:
Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to balance technical acumen, problem solving abilities and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LMS administration and demonstrated experience in administration, configuration and reporting capabilities in SAP success factors talent management learning module.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and provide optimal service to meet needs.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, use initiative, determine priorities, and maintain effective working relationships.

The ability to supervise and support staff is desirable.
