About The Position The Learning Management System (LMS) Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day activities required to support and coordinate the learning programs being delivered through the LMS platform.

This role is key to the smooth function of the program delivery team to streamline processes and provide high quality customer service to learners as they enrol, attend and complete learning programs.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Accountability Create or update SCORM compliant files with content provided by the Education Operation team to align with class schedules, including learner guidance, practical tasks, and assessment/quizzes.

Assisting staff and learners with the use of the LMS, including providing training as needed.
Providing support and guidance to different teams and managers on reporting and course monitoring mechanisms.
Create evaluation surveys to collect learner and facilitator feedback.
Assist in the design, build and evaluation of LMS content and assessment activities in accordance with the schedule.
Assist in the research of training initiatives to enhance and innovate e Learning training.
Collaborate with different teams to enhance the learning experience and access of resources on LMS for all learners.
Utilise analytical skills to think critically about processes and data.
Extracting usage data from the LMS as part of improving the user experience.
Configuring, administering, maintaining, and documenting the LMS environment.
Offering first-line support and liaising with staff and learners to resolve any LMS technical issues that arise.

Administer the Moodle based Learning Management Systems and how it interacts with other related systems: Student Management System and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and look for opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with external technical providers / suppliers to obtain complex and higher level support.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) in LMS coordinator or similar job roles.
Excellent IT skills including ability to use tools of LMS, Student Management System and CRM.

Experience managing and administering Moodle based LMS, particularly in an education and training setting Create SCORM compliant training package using a range of tools, including Articulate Rise or Adobe Captivate Strong customer service ethic, effective communication skills, and culturally respectful.

Demonstrated experience with different LMS hosting solutions and knowledge of relevant security requirements.
Key Performance Indicators Develop and update courses timely according to class schedules.
Response time to enquiries from learners and staff within the Client Service Charter.
Learner and stakeholder satisfaction on LMS support Successful administration of LMS with an average of 99.99% uptime.
Identify and adopt best practice in the content development of e-learning materials and LMS system administration.
Ensure SCORM and WCAG compliance.
